The terms governing your use of the Attune Agency platform and services.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Attune Agency website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Attune Agency is a privately held company registered in Berlin, Germany. References to "we", "us" or "Attune Agency" in these Terms refer to that entity.

The Attune Agency Service

Attune Agency operates an expert network that connects clients — including institutional investors, management consultants, corporate strategists and other professional decision-makers — with vetted industry experts for the purpose of knowledge consultations.

Our service includes the identification and matching of experts to client projects, the facilitation of consultation calls, the management of scheduling and payments, and the administration of compliance protocols. We do not provide investment advice, legal advice, medical advice or any other form of regulated professional advice. All information exchanged in consultations is provided by independent experts and does not constitute advice from Attune Agency.

Client Obligations

Clients engaging Attune Agency's services agree to:

  • Use the service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Compliance Protocol
  • Not solicit or attempt to directly engage any expert introduced through Attune Agency outside of the platform for a period of 24 months following the introduction
  • Not record any consultation without the prior written consent of the expert and Attune Agency
  • Not share the identity of any expert introduced through Attune Agency with any third party without our prior written consent
  • Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed fee schedule

Expert Obligations

Experts participating in the Attune Agency network agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their professional background, credentials and any existing confidentiality obligations
  • Comply with Attune Agency's Compliance Protocol at all times
  • Not disclose material non-public information, trade secrets or any information that would breach a confidentiality obligation owed to a current or former employer
  • Notify Attune Agency promptly of any change in their professional circumstances that may affect their eligibility to participate in engagements
  • Not solicit clients introduced through Attune Agency for direct engagement outside the platform

Fees and Payment

Fees for Attune Agency's services are agreed on a per-engagement or retainer basis as set out in the relevant client agreement. Expert compensation is agreed separately with each expert prior to each engagement. Attune Agency acts as the contracting party for all payments — clients pay Attune Agency, and Attune Agency pays experts.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Attune Agency website — including text, design, logos and images — is the property of Attune Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Attune Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any consultation facilitated through our platform. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Attune Agency in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Attune Agency does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information provided by experts in consultations. All such information is provided by independent third parties and should be independently verified before being relied upon.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
